The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce will be hosting an informational meeting for landlords who own property within Knoxville city limits so they can learn more about the Rental Inspection Program that was introduced to Knoxville City Council by City of Knoxville staff.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, July 1 from 9:30-10:30 am and will be held via Zoom. Representatives from the City of Knoxville will explain how the program would work and answer questions landlords may have. This meeting will be in preparation for the July 6 Knoxville City Council meeting where council will have the opportunity to take action on the code.
This meeting will be informational with the opportunity to ask questions. Any landlord or tenant who wishes to make their thoughts known to Knoxville City Council can do so by emailing Knoxville City Clerk, Tricia Kincaid, for public record or by attending the July 6 Knoxville City Council Meeting.
We ask that your register for this meeting in advance. Your confirmation email will include the links to join the Zoom meeting.
