The Great Iowa Road Trip

We're partnering with ISU Extension & Outreach to help promote The Great Iowa Road Trip! The Great Iowa Road Trip: Southern Iowa Edition is aimed to help revive Iowa's small businesses and small town economies. This special event, scheduled for April 30 and May 1, will be a coordinated mapped tour of open doors at businesses and attractions in southern Iowa.

7 Knoxville businesses are participating in The Great Iowa Road Trip:

• Candi's Flowers & Gifts
• Walnut Hill Designs
• Reclaiming the Joy
• Raiment
• The Well - Knoxville
• Peace Tree Brewing Company
• National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum

Other communities participating include Pella, Oskaloosa, New Sharon, rural Leighton. 42 businesses between the participating communities are all taking part in the event. Each business has signed a promise to have COVID safety measures in place while open.
