Mentoring for Women; Hosted by the Eastern Affiliates: Knoxville, Grinnell & Newton Chambers of Commerces is a program in collaboration with the Greater Des Moines Partnership to bring together women for a networking, coaching and mentoring session from the region’s most influential business leaders. The event is designed for women to find inspiration and guidance on their careers and is open to anyone in the Greater Des Moines metro and rural area who would like to network and further their professional development. The evening will consist of four panels consisting of professional women from Grinnell, Knoxville and Newton speaking on topics relevant to all women in the workforce. Agenda
Interested attendees can register through their Chamber of Commerce. Cost is $15 for Chamber members and $30 for non-Chamber members. Advanced registration is required.
Our teams are keeping an eye on things as the COVID-19 situation progresses and changes but we are moving forward with plans for our Women’s Mentoring Event. We’ll continue to evaluate the situation and make a determination as we get closer to the event. Should something happen between now and then, we’ll work to be flexible with postponement, cancelations and/or refunds to the degree that we are able.
Mentoring for Women will be held at Legacy Plaza Event Space in Newton (403 W 4th St N).
