- The importance of going the extra mile for your customers
- Best practices for customer retention
We highly recommend this training for:

- Managers of retail shops, restaurants, hotels, attractions, gas stations, and convenience stores
Snacks will be provided for all attendees. Cost to attend is free to Knoxville Chamber of Commerce members and employees, and is $10/person for non-members. Registration fees can be paid online or at the time of the event.
To accommodate the size of the meeting room, registration is limited to 50 people. You are more than welcome to invite your whole staff, but we kindly ask that you pre-register ahead of time.
